INGREDIENTS
1 leg of ham, cooked
1 jar Bitton Gourmet Orange Jelly
a handful of whole cloves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
To prepare the ham, remove the rind by rubbing your thumb around the edge of the rind just under the skin. Carefully lift the rind, removing the last area around the shank with a sharp knife.
Score across the fat in 4-5cm intervals, being careful not to go too deep, until you are left with a triangular pattern.
Place the ham into a large baking dish and then spread with Bitton Gourmet Orange jelly.

Then place one whole clove on each corner of the scoring in the fat. Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, basting with the juices frequently.
