This Drink was invented by Ali Holden around 2-3 years ago and has taken Christchurch by storm. Ali comments “I think I have made more of these than I have Bourbon & Coke!” It's texture is very smooth and fluffy, with a foam on the top that should be mopped up at the end with your strawberry garnish and fed to your significant other.

INGREDIENTS
30 ml Baja Luna
30 ml Château Monet Framboise Liqueur
60 ml Cranberry Juice
2-3 Large Strawberries
1 Strawberry to garnish
MIXING METHOD
Muddle Strawberries, add ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with whole strawberry.
