At The Concrete Club we hosted the Ecstasy Pomegranate Liqueur launch party. I was asked to design a number of drinks to promote the product. This one proved the most popular throughout the night, and after featuring the drink on my cocktail list the success has continued.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml Ecstasy Pomegranate Liqueur
15 ml Pimm’s no 1 cup
4 large mint leaves
1 slice of orange
1 slice of cucumber
1 Large Strawberry, sliced
Dry ginger ale
MIXING METHOD
Built in a Catalina with ice and stir.
