Absolut vodka commissioned Otis Frizzell to create an art piece specifically for five of New Zealand's leading edge bars using Absolut vodka as an inspiration. The Concrete Club was one of the five bars so I designed a drink inspired from the art piece, and the Ch'iki Tiki was born.

INGREDIENTS
30 ml Absolut Kurrant
10 ml Torlesse crème de cassis (Waipara)
½ a Kiwifruit
30ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
Ch'i
Mint sprig garnish
MIXING METHOD
Muddle the kiwifruit in a Boston glass, add ice and all ingredients apart from the Ch'i, shake and strain over ice into a chilled Catalina glass, top with Ch'i and garnish with mint.
